There are three new faces sitting around the table at our recent board meetings, and we are thrilled to welcome Oliver, Rachel and Sara to the board of Paws and Think. They have hit the ground running and we appreciate their efforts and insights. Get to know each of them a little better below, and meet them in person at our upcoming Wine Tasting event!
Oliver Ayres was born and raised in the Indianapolis area. He attended High School at Park Tudor and graduated from Indiana University in 2005 with a bachelors degree in Criminal Justice. Oliver currently works for the Key Family of Companies, a consulting third party administrator, located here in Indianapolis. He has been with the Key Family for a little over 5 years and currently heads up the reinsurance services area. Oliver has a passion for animals especially dogs, growing up with a west highland terrier and now currently raising a 2 year old rescue boxer lab mix named Oscar. Regarding becoming a board member, Oliver says "I am very excited to join the Paws and Think board and look forward to helping a great organization continue to provide services to the Indianapolis area."
Rachel Hazaray is an attorney at Hostetler & Kowalik, P.C, where her practice is focused primarily on commercial litigation, debtor/creditor issues and bankruptcy matters. She earned her undergraduate degree from Indiana University – Indianapolis’ Kelley School of Business and her doctorate of jurisprudence from Indiana University – Indianapolis School of Law. Rachel is a member of the board of the Youngs Lawyers Division of the Indianapolis Bar Association (IBA), chair of the Go Green Committee of the IBA and was recognized as an Indiana "Rising Star" in the 2010 Law and Politics Magazine. Rachel is married to Neil and the proud owner of a rescued English springer spaniel, Briscoe.
Sara Wade is the Communications Coordinator for Monarch Beverage. As the communications coordinator she is involved in the development and implementation of internal and external communications, community involvement and web and social media marketing. Sara also serves on the Lawrence Pioneering Healthier Communities board in Lawrence, IN. Sara is an Indianapolis native and graduated in 2007 with a B.A in Communications and Culture from Indiana University.
