Nina Esbin
Nina Esbin has an extensive background in human resources, having held a number of senior human resources positions throughout her career. Most recently she was the Senior Vice President at ITT Educational Services, Inc. in Indianapolis. After working more than 25 years in the corporate sector, Nina decided to “retire” and devote herself to volunteering, working on her travel bucket list, and visiting her sons who live out-of-state. Nina and her registered therapy dog, Barclay (a 7-year old Goldendoodle), began actively volunteering with Paws & Think in July 2014, and she was invited to join the Board in September 2015.
Nina was raised in Indianapolis and graduated from North Central High School. She received her BS degree in Business Administration from Miami University. After college, Nina lived in California and Minnesota as she pursued her career in human resources management. Eventually she returned to Indiana where she raised her three sons (and many dogs) in Carmel.
“Paws and Think provides the opportunity to combine my lifelong loves; helping others and dogs. I’m excited to be involved with this unique, dynamic and growing organization and feel privileged to work alongside others who are so dedicated to the Paws & Think mission.”
