Aimee Rich
With over 10 years in the field of youth work and employee engagement, Aimee is a fierce advocate for inclusion, equity, and belonging. She is passionate about celebrating people and providing an environment where everyone feels safe, accepted, and valued.
Aimee currently serves as the Inclusion + Engagement Supervisor for Carmel Clay Parks and Recreation. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and a Master’s degree in Special Education. Aimee is a certified Inclusive Recreation Specialist as well as a CPI Certified Instructor in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention and Verbal Intervention. Aimee believes that differences should be celebrated not hated, everyone deserves respect, all people matter and have value, and kindness is key.
Aimee lives in Westfield, IN with her dog Remy (a mini goldendoodle) and her cat Rory. She is passionate about traveling and exploring new places and cultures. In her free time, she enjoys reading, doing puzzles, and playing with her pup.
